At Connily, we stand behind the quality of our services. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee on your first order if you’re not satisfied with the results. If there are delays or issues on our end, we will work to resolve them promptly. Should you remain unsatisfied with the proposed solution, we will refund the full amount of the related order.

Please note that outside of this initial order, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

All projects, unless stated otherwise, include one round of revisions to ensure the content meets your expectations.

For orders requiring product, fashion, or food photography/videography, customers are responsible for shipping their items to us. Connily does not take responsibility for shipments, but once the item is in our possession, we assume full responsibility for its care until the project is completed.
